Haven't been to Iceplants in quite a while. Have stopped off there a few times, but the wind wasn't right. Last week the wind , swell and tide were almost perfect. so stopped in for a couple of hours to capture the beauty of this spot. Iceplants is a long stretch of Reef that runs for a couple of miles, and at this time of year, one can usually bet the predominate wind will be howling offshore! I wasn't let down on this session. There were about four guys out battling the howling winds, and almost unmakeable tubes! I was most happiest with some of the lineup shots, but there were some great rides as well. Eric "Da Brah" and I used to frequent this place, but now he is in school and doesn't have that much time, so I go it solo. Love the water color at this spot as well, great vibes and usually excellent conditions. Don't forget my motto: "Stay Stoked, and Stay Forever Young." Da Lieb
