Yesterday my Son Justin and I went on a one day road trip up tp Santa Cruz. I had not been to Santa Cruz since 1963! so that sounded very interesting. I remembered it as small beachside burg, but boy has that changed!!! Justin had just recently bought a Prius and a road trip sounded wonderful, it had really been a long time we had done this, and the last week or two were discussing a trip together, so a smalll road trip fit in perfect. Justin has been to SC probably 50 times to play disc golf and wanted to show me the golf course up in the mountains, plus he knows the best taco shops in that town, and we had a very yummy lunch!!! We went down to the beach and walked around there for a while, watched a surfing contest at Steamers for two minutes, went up to the disc golf course in the mountains then went to the UC and saw some beautiful vistas and redwood trees. Big thanks to Justin for showing "The Old Man" around, I had a blast. Remember my motto: "Stay Stoked, and Stay Forever Young." Da Lieb
