Yesterday I went over to our local community college to see a couple of kids that I have watched grow up, walk down the aisle with their High School diplomas. The first was James Stites who I hva know his whole life. James has alread enlisted into the Navy to serve our country. He was bragging to me yesterday ( maybe even rubbing it in a bit) that he will be retired at age 39!! The other young lady is my Hanai (adopted) niece Sarah Silva, who I have know since birth as well. The Silva's lived right across the street from us for many years, and all three girls call me ""Uncle Liebie" which brings such warmth to my heart. The girls and I have had such great memories while they were growing up. One of my best memories was one rainy day I was babysitting all three of them, and I decided it was going to be "Spa Day at Uncle Liebies." We went up to Longs Drug's and they all picked out their favorite color nail polish's and I painted up their hand and toe nails, was sorta glittery like unicorns! So fun watching they these grow up and mature. Remember my motto "Stay Stoked, and Stay Forever Young. "Da "Uhnko Liebie"
