This years Santa Barbara Solstice Parade took place on Saturday June 21st. 2015. This years theme was "Aliens." For me, its all about color, textures, faces and patterns. I wasn't disappointed by this years artwork. These folks are very creative, and you can tell they put hundreds of hours into concept, design and production of the beautiful floats, costumes and etc. There were MANY Aliens arriving from all ends of the universe. I had a wonderful time shooting this and look forward to next years parade, to see what these creative minds will come up with. Pull up a roadside chair with me and view the sights. Once again huge props go out to Steve and Anna Bissell for making me part of their family, and providing front row seating for me. Viva Solstice!
