About a week ago I ventured out to Pescadores. I haven't shot there in about a year and with the swell, wind and tide that was going on, I figured it was going to be going off. After making the long hike in, I wasn't let down, except there weren't any of my friends there surfing! Just fishermen, and their families. The waves were probably around 6-8 foot with a few larger sets, and simply stunning. Phones don't work on this part of the coast so wasn't able to rally up any of "The Boyz." So, I set upon doing what I love to do...make images of the waves, beach and people enjoying the beautiful Pacific Ocean. There were some neat things going on in the big pools of water that was washing over the steep berm at he waters edge. Saw waves of all kinds and shapes. For me it was just perfect, just me, the fishermen and the beautiful ocean doing its thing. So for the rest of you, its mind surfing only! Sometimes, its that for me too!
